Can You Go To Hell For Breaking ‘laws Of Man’?
Filed in Category Monthly Man Laws
I mean, we have a lot of laws that are not really against the bible. We as people are persecuted by law. An example would be like a DUI. Yes, the possibilities of what might happen are terrible but would you go to hell? Its probably a bad example, so if someone has a better one i’d like to hear it.
I just have a hard time believing people like murders, hate people and child abusers would be in hell with people who drink a lot or break other laws written by man.
Thanks. ( I just put on my flame suit, so fire away )

ALL SINS past, present, and future, are forgiven when the person believes in Jesus alone for salvation. That’s what Jesus came to accomplish. So that means “laws of man” are forgiven too, by you believing in Jesus alone for salvation
And when you believe in Jesus alone for salvation, then you will NEVER be sent to hell, no matter what. The only way to avoid being sent to hell, is by believing in Jesus alone for salvation, that simple.
Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in Jesus alone to save you! It is impossible to lose or “leave” salvation (John 6:39-40, 1 John 5:13).
The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal hell, is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe this and you will be in heaven, no matter what!
Please pray now: “Jesus, please forgive me of my sins. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and You rose from the dead. Thank You for eternal life!” You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die.

You’re assuming I believe in heaven and hell as I’m agnostic. Still, this is a complicated question regardless.
I generally go by the personal rule that if no one is harmed then it’s not wrong. Of course you need to take into account pointless, obsolete, poorly thought out and unfair laws, but that’s beside the point.

The Bible says if the laws of man conflict with the law of God, His laws take precedence.
DUI is against God’s law because it endangers lives.
Although, Even If you never break the law you will still go to Hell. Because people are born into sin. The only way to avoid hell is to accept Christ as your savior.
If you, believe in Jesus, you will go to heaven no matter how bad your past sins are.

In short, the only reason you go to Hell is because of rejecting God’s gift of salvation…Jesus the Christ (Anointed One).
Because excepting Jesus changes your sin condition, from spiritually dead to spiritually alive.
God will show you through His Holy Spirit that you don’t worry about salvation anymore once you have believed on Him in Jesus Name.
blessings.

Any violations of man’s laws, that also violate God’s laws, are sins.
Those in Hell get there through the refusal to know, love and obey God. If they die with this attitude, they choose eternal separation form God, and He respects that choice.

if you get a citation for driving under the influence of alcohol, you are already being punished sometimes by losng your license. It is a warning to you from above and the man made law to change your ways.

Yeah – that is a hard one, and really has sparked a lot of debate over the years. ON the one hand are people who feel like you do.
On the other are the “Render unto Caesar” crowd.

No you can go to hell for not repenting of your sins and accpeting Jesus Christ the son of GOD in the pardoning of your sins.

It would make more sense than the laws of god.

all people sin and go to hell because hell is the grave and no one escapes….

god commands us to obey civil law except when it contradicts his law.
