I Hate On A Position Of Man In Canada Whose Laws Always Help Woman. My Friend Is Wrongly Accussed?

Is there anyone who can help my friend out. He is accussed of assulat against his wife. This is a wrong aligation. But still He is put in jail in canada without any inquiry. Now He went there just 4 months back and He know nobody there personally. She wanted to go back to india for 3-5-8 months with his one month old daughter and he denied. He was worried that one month old baby should not fly for few months and there is vast temperature difference between india and canada. Now knowing this She left home first and tried to force him to sign up papers which says that he will never ask for the custody of his wife and his daughter and he is sorry for misbehaving with his wife. His wife threatned him and asked him to sign this paper or she will get him in the jail. She even told him that if u will not sign this she will remove all her clothes and will go on road and will tell all/police that he is not providing her any sort of cloths also and harressing her with all kind of means.
