PLZZZZZ READ THE WHOLE THING.
Please i need a little help here with a friend of mine who is out on bond for something else. He got into a little problem with his ex actually a week ago. They got into a lil heated txt msg fight n he took it over the top a bit e.g like he kept saying he was going to F her up, bt that was all he sent. Then she said she was goin to call the cops he didnt believe she was gonna do it, he said he would call his lawyers lol. Well she did, and about 1.am dat morning he heard someone banging on his door but didn’t open it.
While all this was goin on he thought she was playing the joke back on him, ontill he got a call frm a restricted number sayin he shld call back, he said the guy sounded lik a cop but he still thought it was a joke and deleted the voicemail.
It was when he started calling his ex and she would pick the phone and hang it up he realized it wasn’t a jk anymore cuz no matter how hard he argue they always talk it out at the end.
Later that day(9am) he resolved the issue with his ex cuz her pastor called and they talked, his ex was really upset, she said she was scared. He explained how it was all a joke. Then they where cool and agreed not to communicate with each other after dat.
On Friday he gets a call from that same cop from the night before who tells him he wld lik to speak with him, that he got , (*i forgot the word*) from a judge for him to sign, that it was filed by his ex. we really cant remember what the cop said but he told my friend he wasn’t in any trouble.

Your friend should go see a lawyer and NOT talk to the cops without his lawyer present.
For his sake, you should not be posting these issues on the internet, as they can be used against him if a crime takes place.

I think its either a warrant or a restraining order. I am pretty sure restraining order.

it was a restraining order.

Could it be that the judge wants him to sign a restraining order?
