Ever play red and black? Guess if the card is going to be red or black. If you are wrong you drink. If you are right pick somebody to drink. If you are dry guess, “green.”:)

Checkers with shots, if one of your ‘pieces’ is captured you have to drink the shot. Use either different colored shot glasses or different colored ‘booze’ (whiskey vs vodka) to distinguish the sides. Have larger glasses for ‘kings’.
Same idea with chess. Use several different designs of shot glasses, or use a sharpie or other pen that will write on glass to indicate which glass represents which piece. Decide before playing if the capturer or the captured has to do the drinking.

Basketball games.
Everyone picks a player and you drink each time they score.
you can add drinks for blocks, steals,….ect.
some things for board games.
If dice are rolled: each pick a number on the dice and drink when it is rolled.
pick spots on the board and assign how much needs to be drunk when someone lands on it.
use some of the rules from the other games you listed.
make up rules.
some guide lines for making rules.
the more common the event the smaller the drink should be.
the more rare the event is the larger the drink should be.
most drinking games have an event that has everyone drink.
cant say drink drunk or drank is a good rule for any game.

You could easily turn any board game into a drinking game through making someone drink as an addition to some sort of negative consequence.
Like, Monopoly, anytime you have to pay money, you also take a drink. Life could go the same way, that sort of thing.

Or you could combine a 2-dice game with Three Man, for instance…
