What Is The Guy Code And How Does It Work?

Filed in Category Guy Code

according to one of my male friends there is a guy at school who likes me, but my friend tell me that he isn’t allowed to tell me who because of the ‘guy code’ and according to the ‘guy code’ if he tells me he will be equal to and classed as a girl. could someone please tell me what the guy code is? in their own terms.
i think it’s something stupid personally and i think only a decent guy would tell a gil but each to their own. is there anyone who can help me?

Yeah, it may seem a little stupid to you, but unfortunately it does work that way sometimes. The “guy code” is also sometimes referred to as “man law.” It’s sort of an unwritten code (although you can find some “man law” written down, I actually have a copy). Anyway, the point is that you now know that there is a boy at your school who likes you. All you need to do is be a little more observant and you should be able to figure out who it is relatively easily.

The ‘Guy Code’ is stupid. It’s only believed in and spread among frat boys, jocks, and other assorted morons.
If this guy was any type of a real man, he’d have the cojones to tell you that he likes you.

Your friend is full of ****. There’s no such thing like they are talking about. There might be a few unwritten guy type rules, but nothing like you are describing. Tell them to grow up perhaps.

The guy code means you dont squeal on one of your mates when they tell you a secret. If the boy that likes you really does, then soon enough he will tell you himself …hopefully.
